Soft Stretchers

Soft stretchers are lightweight, flexible devices used to move patients in confined or narrow spaces where rigid stretchers cannot fit easily. They wrap around the patient to provide basic support and can be carried by multiple responders for short-distance transport. They are often used for non‑critical patients or to assist with moving people in crowded or tight areas. Their foldable design makes them convenient to store and carry in emergency kits. However, they offer minimal immobilization, so they are not suitable for patients with suspected spinal or serious bone injuries.
